Overview
Zoho WorkDrive is a cloud content platform for teams. It combines personal My Folders and shared Team Folders with Zoho's Writer, Sheet and Show editors. Paid plans need at least three users. Starter costs $2.50 per user per month billed annually ($3 monthly) and includes 1 TB of pooled storage and 10 GB per-file uploads. Team ($4.50 annual, $6 monthly) raises storage to 3 TB and adds 120-day data recovery and file collection. Business ($9 annual, $11 monthly) adds 5 TB, 250 GB uploads, DLP policies, an admin audit trail, webhooks and a beta feature for asking questions about files. There is a free 5 GB individual plan and a 15-day trial with no credit card. Apps include the TrueSync desktop client, a Mac/Windows quick-edit app and mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Who it's for
Small and mid-sized teams, especially existing Zoho customers, who want pooled cloud storage, built-in document editors and admin controls at a lower per-user cost than larger suites. Teams of only one or two people will need to contact sales. It is a less natural fit for solo users.
