Prices verified October 30, 2026 on the vendor's site

Overview

Zoho Sign is Zoho's e-signature service, available on the web plus apps for Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS and Android. A permanent Free plan covers one user and 5 envelopes a month. Paid plans are per user: Standard at $10 per month billed annually ($12 monthly) with 25 envelopes per user per month, Professional at $16 ($20) with unlimited envelopes and templates, and Enterprise at $22 ($28), which adds bulk send, SignForms, in-person signing, payment collection, APIs, QES and 21 CFR Part 11 controls. All plans include an audit trail and cloud storage import/export. The catch is the credit system: SMS delivery, ID checks, timestamping and every envelope sent through the API or a third-party integration use Zoho Sign credits on top of the subscription. A 14-day Enterprise trial needs no card.

Who it's for

Small businesses wanting affordable per-user signing, companies already using Zoho CRM, Books or People, and life-sciences or EU-based teams that need Part 11 controls or qualified electronic signatures without moving to enterprise-tier pricing.
